If you are a state award winner submitting your application on the Awards Portal for the first time for Region consideration for the Member Awards, select your Region to begin your online submission. If you already started or submitted a nomination on the Awards Portal for your state awards program, you do not need to restart your nomination. You can view and edit your past submissions by logging in on the left hand side of this page.
